Pricing: We reserve the right to change: prices, policies or terms at any time without notice.
Merchandise Returns: All returns must be shipped back with all components of the original part included; failure to do so will result in only partial credit or refund. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Some but not all products carry a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us via email on how to receive your full refund and get an RMA. Only new products that have not been installed are accepted. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer. Custom order items are not eligible for return, chainsaws are not eligible for return.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Consequential Damages: Gas Capital Customs LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from breach of warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Gas Capital Customs LLC and the customer.
